I removed one round of grey crocheting where the hole was. I've worked out how to treble and do the triple treble thing. I have crocheted the green round on to the middle square to replace the grey round I pulled out. (And wouldn’t you know it, I ran out of green just before the end - bugger.) Anyway my question is how do I attach the middle square to the rest of the blanket?
Do I have to stitch it on separately? Or maybe I need to undo the green round and redo it somehow hooking the bottom of the grey trebles as I go? I’m not quite sure how to hook the grey trebles in though ‘cos I can’t pull the whole ball of yarn through them. Please, I need help! Thanks!

You should ask Anne-Maree to give you a hand (and a lesson) - she has made some amazing crochet blankets! good luck with the fixing.
ohh, I so can't help, but just wanted to say that it's looking good!!!

hi there! i love your crochet blanket and i do wish i could help but i cannot as unfortunantly I am a complete crochet novice! I know my mother-in-law would be able to fix it up in a flash....!
thanks for stopping by my blog. i can't wait to meet you at S&S market and lots of other creatives and put faces to blogs!
You will need to undo the green round. As you re-work it, after you finish three trebles, take the hook off your work and stick it through a group of gray stitches before chaining one. Then slide those stitches off the hook onto the chain, and work another group of green trebles. On the corners, stick the hook through two groups of gray trebles before working your ch-3.
Disclaimer: I've never done anything like this before, so I can't promise it will work. But I have crocheted a lot and made a similar blanket in the past, and it *seems* like it should work! Great colors in that afghan!
